Set on over an acre of land backing onto the open waters of the North Sound, the property’s layout maximises every inch of both the house and the expansive grounds. Originally designed as a contemporary Balinese-style home, with a long, narrow pool running between two separate buildings, the owners adapted the design to their vision, joining the two structures by way of a glass roof and turning the pool into an indoor water feature.

The exterior’s magnificence is matched only by the interior. Designed in collaboration with a leading US interior design firm, every room is a showpiece, blending sleek modern design with tactile materials and designer accents. Despite its considerable footprint, no space is stark: each is lavishly decorated, combining textured tiles, unique wall treatments, and stunning slabs of marble and onyx with fabrics, custom upholstery, and delicate, designer light fixtures.

Among Atria’s many unique features, the standout must be the glass-encased wine cellar. Inspired by the iconic wine tower at Charlie Palmer’s Aureole in Las Vegas, over 3,500 bottles of wine and rare rums are mounted on a wall that rises 30 feet from the basement to the top floor and requires being hoisted up in a harness to select one’s chosen tipple.

Atria’s main kitchen is a culinary and visual delight. Anchored by two gleaming islands and a dining table fit for ten, it is the striking Amazon Blue marble wall behind the sink that inevitably draws the eye first, before it travels across the open shelves displaying a curated collection of contemporary accessories and the Terrani Calle crystal pendant lights, eventually resting on the Champagne room.

and cosy seating arrangement offers a surprising contrast to the soaring, light-filled atrium. A later addition to the property, with glass doors on two sides, it is a versatile space that can transform into an extension of the kitchen or an indoor-outdoor haven.

The living room, with a sophisticated palette of greys, blues, and silvers, exudes refined elegance. Every detail has been chosen with infinite care – from the handmade silk rug, which is inset to lie flush with the tiles, to the sofas and chairs, each upholstered in custom fabrics. Together, they create a plush and perfectly polished scene.

The indulgence continues upstairs, where the master suite commands an entire wing. The ocean-view bedroom’s warm, soft palette is elevated by soft, silk rugs and a pair of diamond-shaped Maxhedron pendants. Beyond lies a dressing room large enough to get lost in, a lavish bathroom with twin showers and vanities, a kitchenette, and a gym. Also on this level is a handsome home office that marries business with pleasure, complete with a beverage station, dining space, sofa, and TV.

But it is the lower level that seals Atria’s place as an entertainer’s paradise. A moody, industrial-style man cave—equal parts gym, bar, and showroom—hosts everything from games of golf on the simulator to impromptu cocktail sessions. In contrast, the adjacent lounge embraces visitors with an ambience reminiscent of a speakeasy. Fitted with intimate banquette seating and bucket seats lined up at the bar, the decadent fabrics, mirrored surfaces, and soft lighting combine to create an atmosphere of clandestine glamour. Next to the cosy bar, a 143-inch screen covers one wall and vast sofas, upholstered in silky soft textiles, stretch the width of the room, for a truly immersive cinematic experience.
