THE DEVELOPMENT

Designed by Michael Meghoo and his team at MJM Architects, MAREA is a community of upscale four-bedroom vacation villas on Little Cayman’s south coast, positioned around a multi-level resort-style pool and gardens. Each villa spans 2,700 square feet with a contemporary interior that seamlessly integrates with outdoor living spaces. From the open-concept living areas and screened terraces to two spacious master suites, every aspect of the design reflects a commitment to comfort and understated elegance.

Beyond the confines of the villas, MAREA will offer a host of modern amenities designed to elevate the Little Cayman experience for owners and guests.
