Building on the success of their first residential development, Downtown Reach, Sixtees Properties Developments is now planning their next venture, Urbana.

• Three-Bedroom Townhouses: Similar to the two-bedroom layout but with an added third floor featuring a primary suite complete with a private roof terrace.
Each residence will include one or two assigned parking spaces, ensuring convenience for all residents.

Designed for contemporary living, the interiors at Urbana will be fresh, bright, and modern, with clean lines, uncluttered spaces, and a functional layout. As a mid-range development, homes will feature upgraded fixtures and finishes, including glass balustrades, premium doors and windows, and modern kitchens sourced from a reputable European supplier.
Buyers will be offered the opportunity to personalise their homes by selecting certain finishes, such as the flooring, backsplashes, and the colour of the kitchen cabinetry, and will also have the option of upgrading from Whirlpool to KitchenAid appliances.

Founded in 2011, Sixtees Properties Developments is a family-run business dedicated to addressing the local demand for quality, affordable homes. With a robust background in property renovations in the UK, the company has successfully completed numerous commercial and residential projects in Cayman and overseas. Following the success of their first large-scale design-build project, Downtown Reach, completed in 2023, Urbana continues their commitment to delivering high-quality, well-finished homes at attractive price points.
The developers expect the construction of Urbana to commence in Q2 of 2025, with completion scheduled for Q2 of 2027.
Interested parties can secure their preferred unit now with a 10% down payment. The balance will be due on completion.
